Suitable for single- or multi-zone applications, the new controls system seamlessly connects to a vast range of mechanical and electrical equipment, controls and sensors using wireless configurations that result in cost savings. The system does not require special programming tools, ensuring low installation costs. The new Climate Control Zoning System II features an innovative technology called Autobalancing that boasts 25 percent faster reaction times and up to 20 percent greater energy savings for radiant floor heating systems. The complete Climate Control Zoning System II offering consists of a base unit, an expansion module and digital or dial thermostats. A single- base unit in the system can support up to six thermostats and eight actua- tors. Adding an expansion module will increase the number of thermostats and actuators the system can handle to 12 and 14, respectively. The company's latest thermostat innovation, the ComfortLink II XL1050, with a built-in Nexia bridge, acts as a home energy command center, providing the homeowner with the ability to control indoor tempera- tures on a room-by-room basis, as well as view five-day weather forecasts and live weather reports.
