The tool organizer is elevated for hand tools so HVACR pros can easily see where everything is and conveniently grab what they need. Plus it's easy to see if something is missing at the end of the job so tools don't get left behind. Padded pockets protect meters from the hand tools to keep them clean and easy to access. Other features include a magnetic strip for screws, a reversible quick carry strap that's user configured and a sturdy weatherproof base for extra protection. CHECK OR CIRCLE #162 EXTECH ADDS RUGGED 2-PORT DIGITAL MANIFOLD TO HD FAMILY Extech Instruments recently launched the HD780 Digital Manifold/Pressure Gauge. The new heavy-duty digital manifold provides HVAC technicians with a powerful tool that is compact and more reliably accurate than analog gauges. The digital manifold is an all-in-one tool that lets HVAC pros measure suction line or liquid line pressure and line temperature to instantly get superheat and sub-cool- ing values. The HD780 also calculates differential pressure (P1-P2) and delta-T (T1-T2). As part of Extech's rugged HD family, the new digital manifold is designed to withstand the demands of everyday use with a durable rubber holster design and a three-year warranty. CHECK OR CIRCLE #163 MacroAir Brings Advanced Automation to HVLS Fan Category MacroAir introduces AirEffect, a climate control system for large diameter fans. Through automation, AirEffect identifies and dictates the optimal operating speed and direction for each fan based on the facility's temperature and humidity. AirEffect usage is as simple as setting the desired temperature range and enjoying a consistently comfortable environment and energy savings. If the fans are coupled with air conditioning, the cooling effect delivered by the fans reduces the load on the air conditioner, decreasing utility spend. In the winter, mixing the heated air will eliminate hot and cold spots, leading to savings on heating costs. Automation enables the fans to be fully optimized, maximizes energy efficiency and provides continu- ous comfort. CHECK OR CIRCLE #159 Fan Packs Meet Commercial Requirements E Flow Technologies presents SmartPack innovative flexible fan packs. The range of customizable axial fan packs is engineered to meet stringent low-noise and efficiency requirements in industrial and commercial ventilation, refrigeration and heat exchange applications. Construction includes a strong metal frame with a plastic skin, custom- configured multi-wing fan, an AC or EC motor and protective fan guard. The packs are offered in 560 mm, 630 mm, 710 mm, 800 mm and 900 mm diameters. The AC SmartPack meets strict industrial requirements. The EC version achieves and maintains the highest possible efficiency levels within a wide operating range, including tempera- tures from -40 to 176 F. CHECK OR CIRCLE #157 /tools /distribution & ventilation ZEPHYR REVOLUTION FANS BOAST QUIET OPERATION, AIRFLOW MANAGEMENT PennBarry recently launched Zephyr Revolution, a line of preci- sion ceiling, inline and wall-mount exhaust fans that are some of the quietest, most powerful airflow management systems on the market. Featuring direct drive EC motors, precision-tuned centrifugal wheels and a CFD optimized inlet, the exhaust fans deliver one of the highest cfm per watt in their class. Zephyr Revolution models are backed by UL507, UL705, tub and shower, AMCA sound and air performance, as well as Energy Star 4.0 certification on select models. Available installation accesso- ries include motion sensors, a humidity sensor and a ceiling radiation damper. CHECK OR CIRCLE #158 Delta Expands Ventilation Fan Line Known for its long lifespans, energy efficiency, quiet operation and rich features, Delta Breez has an affordable exhaust solution for any bathroom environment. With the expansions of its BreezSignature, BreezIntegrity and BreezRadiance series, contractors, suppliers and homeowners have more options to choose from. All Delta Breez fans feature DC brushless motor technology that last 2½-times longer and consume over 70 percent less energy than conventional AC motors, resulting in lower energy costs. These new releases come with a 6-inch metal duct and are shipped with a reducer for increased flexibility and conformity with various installation requirements. Because the fans come ready to install with all features, this eases the installation process for both professionals and novices. All models within this series are Energy Star qualified. CHECK OR CIRCLE #160 NEW ECOFIT HIGH-EFFICIENCY FANS BOOST AIRFLOW, REDUCE NOISE New Ecofit-brand, high- efficiency E-Series backward- curved impellers are available from Rosenberg USA in the 9.85-inch size. The new impel- lers offer major improvements in airflow, and operating noise. Ecofit E-Series fans feature airfoil blades made from reinforced plastic. Their unique design allows for 33 percent greater airflow at 1.2 inches of static pressure, while reducing noise levels by 6 dB(A) compared to the previous fan model. They also provide a wider operating temperature range. AC motors for the new fans are CE approved and UL recognized. Specifiers may choose from 115 or 230 volt models. Both are ERP 2015 efficiency compliant. Thermal contacts provide motor protection to Class F. CHECK OR CIRCLE #161 FOR MORE INFORMATION: Enter ID number at HVACPproducts.com/market or circle on card.
